Hotel Belvedere Predeal, Predeal

The hotel is in a great location, providing superb sightseeing opportunities and good conditions for an enjoyable stay. The rooms offer a great view but have a strange smell. The dining experience is excellent with diverse and plentiful food choices. However, the service was mostly rude, with noise issues in the corridor. The price for the stay provided reasonable value for money.

The hotel's rooms are quiet but require attention to details, are small and a bit dated, falling short of a 3-star rating. However, the hotel remains peaceful even when fully booked. There were issues such as a faulty shower and rubbish under the bed left by a previous guest. Additionally, the balcony door was broken and locked from the inside, and there was construction on the road leading to the hotel. The jacuzzi tub was very public, and there was no plug in the bathroom sink. Breakfast items ran out early on two days before service ended.

The hotel rooms were clean and warm, with everything in working order, but the overall condition was a bit dated and not up to a 3-star standard. There were some issues like a faulty shower, previous guests' rubbish under the bed, a broken balcony door, and public jacuzzi. Access to the hotel was challenging due to road construction. Breakfast items ran out early on some days and the bathroom sink lacked a plug. The room only had two small beds.

The hotel is situated at the top of the hill, offering awesome views and a nice, great-looking building. The rooms were very big and clean, with sufficient space for our family, but there was a bit of noise from the hall and other rooms, and the decor felt a bit old. The service was polite and helpful overall, even though there was a temporary issue with the door not closing properly. The location is fantastic with amazing views, but it is pretty far away from other areas. The dining experience had a good selection beyond the usual continental style, particularly fresh croissants, but was lacking in variety for a 3-star hotel. The facilities offered plenty of parking spaces and the building had a luxurious feel.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great aspects. The rooms offered a very nice view over the mountains, but they felt a bit dated and not quite up to a 3-star rating. Eating breakfast in the room due to limited outside area was a plus. The balcony was a nice touch, though.
